My stay was nothing short of AMAZING! From arrival to departure, I was treated with such care. First I MUST mention Nada at front desk and Omar. They were helpful and attentive to all my needs. First, I arrived way before check in as my flight landed 6am, there weren't any available rooms for an early check in, however, Nada reassured me that he would work on something. I was able to chill in the lounge, had breakfast and check in by 11:30am! Big plus. I was very frustrated as my card only worked at the hotel first instance and on my second day I was unable to purchase train tickets as my card did not work and I only had usd (which was not accepted). Tbh i walked bk from the train station feeling so disheartened and as soon Nada saw me he asked if I was ok. I broke in tears and he assisted by calling a taxi. It worked out to be way more expensive than train cost but can I tell you my taxi driver Yohan (not sure of spelling) understood the assignment. He was sooo helpful and told me not to cry, if my card did not work he would take the usd. My card worked! I got guide on how to get a taxi bk to the hotel and guess what my 2 nights in Paris turned out to be the best 2 nights i had in a very long time. I'm grateful to the staff at Hilton and Yohan my driver, blessings to guys! I hope Nada and Omar sees this, I appreciate you! Especially after I was told the French are racist and may not be treated well. Now I have my own perceptions and I'd recommend any day!🙏🏼

I love the people working in the restaurant, they are the best, i was so sad i couldn't see julie again until I left, she is so amazing and i hope i will see her again, this julie deserves promotiont to work with customers, she really made me feel so happy and comfortable to stay in the hotel. , the room is too clean, comfortable bed, the cleaners are so lovely, they make sure your room is fresh. All i have to say is the best restaurant and great workers. The only thing Hilton need to do is not to employ someone like Emilie as receptionist, am sorry that girl is too arrogant, her explanations was well understood but customers service experience she don't have , her expression, is full of arrogant, very disrespectful way of explaining, things is too disrespectful, but of course policy is policy, me pointing at her was not because she is explaining me, but her way of receiving you and explaining was very bad , and we are 3 people who stay in the hotel complain same issues with Emilie. I have worked in Hilton in Copenhagen before and I know the good service Hilton provide especially in the reception.

Like the bath tub separated from shower. Do not like the need to climb in and out of tub to take shower like in some hotels. Property is not new but systems worked eg toilet flush. We needed a hotel near airport so that we can get fast to airport not having to be caught up in traffic jams. We went to check out the hotel on 21Feb on our way back from Prague. Went to front desk and spoke to Mamadou (hope I didn’t get the spelling wrong) who was most helpful. When we next saw him when he was in duty he remembered us and we said hello …and gave us the biggest smile - makes us feel we are staying in hotel like family! We took his advice and book our accommodation thru Hilton partners eg booking.com so that the rates would be better versus if we walk in to book. Breakfast spread has good variety.

We loved finishing up our two month trip in Europe with a stay in this particular hotel! Our room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and I would like to give a very special shout out to the marvelous pillows. My children played ping-pong, we ate in the restaurant, and we greatly enjoyed the Olympics-themed decorations. The general manager here is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and we were surprised to have a met him in person and to find him so very personable. The staff was fabulous and the meal we enjoyed was absolutely delicious. Every detail was attended to!

Always a wonderful welcome, Always excellent service, A special thanks to Monsieur le Concierge, Hadil for his impeccable and very professional attention to the guests. The bar and restaurant was friendly and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable, the colors are sober and calm and in good taste (just what is needed when coming back from the intensity of the airport experience). When i come to the Hilton, i feel like it's my second home and it is such a pleasure. All in all, everything was perfect. Andi thank you all for your your great job !
